Some matches are made in heaven and some are made on this planet- one such match is the combination of ROAD TRIP drive on the edges of scenic lake and mountains. I have been driving through Austria for hours and my car must be thanking me for taking her out for dreamy- creamy ride 😅 ! 🚑 My exprience of Using Airindia Ambulift service : It so happened had to bring my grandmother from Ajmer to Mumbai for a spine surgery scheduled at Nanavati hospital with one of the best spine surgeons of the city. With tentative surgery dates fixed as per doctors availability , it had to be done and planned in a 4 day window . Visited AirIndia office at nariman point , was briefed about the entire process by Mr Alex exquisitely and got all the paper work cleared required for using stretcher service - AMBU LIFT in 48 hrs by mailing it to below email id : npt.counterofficerAir India.com Since Jaipur the nearest airport shockingly didnt hav ambulift facility we had to plan it all from delhi. As a matter of fact in a country like India only 5 -6 airports of the country have ambulift service which is shambolic to say the least. Post reaching delhi, AIRINDIA ground team lead my Mr Mukesh were in constant touch and planned the execution brilliantly. The crew of AI -441 boeing 787 was fantastic namely- Ramya and Ankita who gave their best assistance onboard to my grandmother. Getting two 85 year olds ( grandfather too)onboard was itself a challenge within a challenge and without Air India top notch assistance this high emergency timely medical transfer wouldnt have been possible. Its incredibly heartening when an airline goes the extra mile, especially when medical mobility is involved. Team Air India your service was like a steady hand on a shaky ladder. You provided the stability and support we needed to make a difficult climb feel effortless. Thank you once again Air India ❤️❤️ #Ambulift #gratitude #AirIndia
