Top tip: if you’ve are heading to a BBQ at short notice and the supermarket is the only option for sausages, DO NOT buy ANY supermarket sausages. ALL of them are shit for BBQing, even the ‘premium’ ones. They invariably have lots of sugars in them. Instead, head to the Polish food section and get Silesian sausages. They’re pre- cooked, so no drama about undercooked sausages, and they taste better than anything is the shit supermarket sausage section.
