#NotreDame EDGE Boubacar Traore (#5) puts this Wisconsin OT in a blender with this sweet spin move that affects the throw and allows Leonard Moore to get his hand on the pass.

Beautifully blocked, but I am loving #Iowa leaning in to some triple option motion. Some presnap wingback return motion on a zone toss that hits right down the pipe for a long TD!

I think #Eagles QB Jalen Hurts left a big play on the field here to A.J. Brown in the first half. Brown motions to align on the same side as DeVonta Smith, and Smith clears out while Brown runs a deep in-breaker. Hurts seems to look at Brown but turns down the throw and leaves the pocket. Could have even thrown to Jahan Dotson on the corner route at the bottom of the screen.

A great indicator of a strong prospect: they can affect or derail a drive in a string of plays. #TexasTech LB Jacob Rodriguez did that 3 plays in a row against Arizona State. - Run stop on 1st down - Blitz and batted pass at the LOS on 2nd down - Chase and tackle RB screen on 3rd.

#Miami EDGE Ahkeem Mesidor with back to back sacks to close out Notre Dame. Has inside out ability. Keep his name on your radars along with Rueben Bain Jr.!

I came into this game expecting for Malachi Corley to put on a show but it has been #WKU WR Dalvin Smith, RS JR, who I’ve been really impressed with against Old Dominion. Great size (6-3) and has 6 receptions, 43 yards and 2 TD’s using one hand. Writing his name down for 2024.

#Bears QB Caleb Williams gets to the backside dig twice from a stack alignment of Luther Burden and Colston Loveland against the Panthers last week. Burden and Loveland run the routes pretty close together and it seems to create a big window for Caleb to throw into. They beat man coverage with a late rotation from two high to one on the first, then beat Cover 6 on the second snap, both for big gains to Burden.

New #Eagles OC Sean Mannion has never called plays in an NFL game, but was the OC for the West team at the Shrine Bowl earlier this week. While most of the offensive install were fairly simple, there's some Matt LaFleur and Kyle Shanahan influences in the small sample size. Mannion called quite a few play-action bootlegs with tight WR alignments.

#Miami RT Francis Mauigoa put another strong performance on tape against Ole Miss. Clearing the way in the run game and working well in tandem on combo blocks, passing off stunts in pass pro, forcing edge rushers to work around the arc.

If it is Drew Kendall (#66) filling in for Landon Dickerson while he's on IR, he showed some promise at LG for the #Eagles in their preseason game vs. the Patriots. Generated some movement and climbing to the second level and cutting off defensive linemen on the backside of plays. He played LG, Center (his natural position), and RG in the preseason. Could help move the pocket for Jalen Hurts, too, and for the perimeter run game.

#Eagles take one of my guys in this draft class, Cole Wisniewski. The former LB turned safety uses those skills in run support, running the alley, squaring up to tackle. He was at his best playing closer to the LOS in coverage.

Went back and watched the film, #Indiana Center Pat Coogan had a fantastic performance vs. Oregon. Pulling in space, working well on double-teams up to LBs, overtaking players in pass pro and picking up blitzing linebackers, blocking even when his helmet is knocked off.

Absolutely blown away by #Arizona nickel/safety Treydan Stukes tape. By far the best ball skills of any DB I have watched this cycle. Recovery speed, mirroring ability, his ball production (4 INTs, 6 PBUs) all without committing any penalties. He is going to crush the Senior Bowl.

#Eagles take NDSU Cole Payton here in the fifth round. Special running ability for the lefty, oozes athleticism and someone that can develop over the next couple of years. He’s someone I mentioned as an option for the Eagles earlier this month.

#Indiana DB D'Angelo Ponds balled all game against Miami on Monday night. Allowed one catch on six throws his way, made several tackles providing run support from his corner spot, had a PBU and dislodged the football on another throw. I'd want him on my team and in my secondary.

#Miami EDGE Rueben Bain is often talked about for his pass rushing ability but he put on a clinic as a run defender against Indiana. Violent hands at the POA allows him to lock out and shed blocks, plus his pursuit speed and explosiveness afterward. Unbelievable power in all facets.

Green Bay asked Dontayvion Wicks to do a lot of the dirty work at the LOS, from insert blocks to crack/replace up to safeties or the frontside linebacker. I'd expect the #Eagles to also utilize his abilities as a run blocker in their offense too. Adds an extra blocking body in the box to help spring downhill runs from under center.

I caught up with Slippery Rock Football OT Joe Cooper, who got the Shrine Bowl invite yesterday at 11:30 a.m. and flew in last night. He talked to me about his “loyalty” staying with Slippery Rock when he had transfer portal offers from P4 schools and his rushing TD he had last season.

#NotreDame LG Billy Schrauth was an impressive watch even though he was limited to 7 games because of injury. Sturdy anchor, has run displacement ability as a combo and one-on-one blocker, nice strain ability. Has started games at both guard spots.
