Tonight’s workout. I know nothing I do will ever satisfy people who hate. That’s fine. For those who genuinely care: I’m okay. I work out regularly, stay on top of my health (my metabolic numbers are normal), and see my doctor every quarter. I’ve faced challenges and gained some weight back, but I’m still lighter and far healthier than when I started. I won’t back down.

Criticize the results toward the end of his coaching tenure, but don’t tear down a man who accomplished so much during his time for Michigan, and someone who truly immersed himself into the student culture. Don’t send him out like this. He deserves better. Please do the right thing. #GoBlue
