You always have to follow the signs God lays out for you. Yesterday was my sentencing. I got what I prayed for… no prison, no time away from my family. Just probation. God was good to me. Thousands of you prayed for me. You flooded me with prayers, comments, texts and phone calls. I will never forget it. But now what? Today happens to be the feast day of Agios Fanourios. For generations, Orthodox Christians have asked Agios Fanourios for help revealing what is lost or hidden, not only things we have misplaced, but answers, direction and a path forward. His very name comes from faneróno: to reveal, to make known. So last night, I asked my wife baked a Fanouropita. She prayed while making it. I prayed over it. And this morning I brought it to church to be blessed. I’m not asking Agios Fanourios to help me find something I lost. I’m asking him to help me find myself again. For five years I’ve been sidelined. I haven’t worked. I haven’t built businesses. I haven’t created. I haven’t done what I’ve spent my entire life doing… building things, helping people and trying to make a difference. I wasn’t physically in prison, but in many ways I’ve lived in a mental one. Sitting here looking at the skyline of NYC with the family. Where I was born and raised. Imagine building the greatest city in America through five straight terms of Giuliani and Bloomberg. Cleaning it up. Making it safe. Building Hudson Yards, the High Line, the waterfronts, the skyline we’re all staring at right now. Then handing it over to de Blasio and now a socialist circus ringleader Mamdani! But history repeats. NYC went dark in the 70s. Dinkins came and went. Then the pendulum swung back harder than ever. Sometimes people need to feel the decline themselves before they remember what competence looks like. You need darkness to appreciate light. Pain to appreciate peace. Chaos to appreciate order. Happens time and time again. It’s cycles. New York City will come back. It always does. Don’t listen to blackpillers, to those that are chronically online, and to those that lack any type of travel, culture or knowledge. NYC is amazingly powerful and still is. It’s pumping. We just need one more conservative boost to save it. Who’s it gonna be GOP?

Every August 5th, the people of Samos, Greece burn a ship and light up the sky to celebrate the Greek victory over the Ottoman fleet in 1824. Turkey is literally right across the water. They make sure the fireworks are bright enough for everyone on the other side to enjoy as well.

Here is a video of me walking along Prince St in the heart of SoHo in lower Manhattan. People will tell you that NYC is in a state of decline, but most don’t live here, haven’t visited in years or never. They blindly believe propaganda. Real estate is sky high, businesses are booming, the people are gorgeous, and most parts of NYC are just as safe or safer than the Bloomberg era. Eric Adams did good getting NYC back on track after COVID, unless other cities across America. Let’s hope this socialist Mamdani doesn’t ruin it all.

Yesterday I did a spectacular Manhattan loop. About 33k steps and roughly 12 - 14 miles. Started at Penn Station and headed down Sixth Avenue through Madison Square Park, Union Square, Washington Square Park, Greenwich Village, Bleecker Street, SoHo, Tribeca, the Financial District, and all the way to Battery Park. From there I ripped north along Hudson River Park, passed Little Island, Chelsea Piers, worked my way up 10th ave, and finished back at Moynihan Station. Magnificent. I didn't feel threatened once. I didn't see anything disgusting outside of the occasional bum, which existed even during the Bloomberg years. New York City is booming, exactly like I said it would. This has nothing to do with me owning real estate. I'm telling you what I saw with my own eyes. The city was packed. The restaurants were packed. The parks were packed. Beautiful day, beautiful energy. People were outside. People were smiling. Businesses were busy. There has never been a better time to be walking around New York City. The people screaming that you're going to come here and get killed are selling boomer slop. Nobody believes that anymore. If you want to win people over politically, you don't do it with propaganda. You don't do it with fear. You do it by showing people reality. The younger generation isn't going to be convinced by talking points. They're going to be convinced by what they see with their own eyes. If you think someone is a disaster for the future of the city, state, or country, make the case honestly. Show the results. Show the facts. That's how you win. Truth beats propaganda every time. Btw.. young bros… The women on NYC, especially down by HRP are off the charts. Just invested another 2 million into Tesla. Elon Musk shows the world the future of car automation, taxis, robots and a chassis for what’s probably a sub $30k automobile last night. Amazing?! Not enough. Wall Street and the people that fuel it aren’t happy enough, $tsla stock down 8% for the day. I won’t even talk about what Musk means for free speech, and a Trump presidency means for it all combined. One thing I’ve learned in life is that the masses are always wrong. You can’t teach the sheep and the stupid. Always. Every single time. They are wrong. I’ve been through 3 crashes in the market and used to be in finance when I was younger. I’ve seen it all. Investing has always come easy to me, and it’s where I’ve made the bulk of my wealth. I’m not flaunting, or flexing here. I’m sharing value, and what I do. I’m dropping another couple of million into Tesla and Musk. This will age so good, it will be laughable.
