The 3D printed stencil generator now has automatic alignment. No more lining up the stencil and taping it down, just drop it on and go. You can also now use gerber files directly instead of an SVG I'm printing some tests right now and will make more improvements as I use it.

The absolute worst thing possible happened. I ordered the boards with a v-score so I could snap them apart into 9 separate boards, they did not come with it. I don’t even know where to go from here, so incredibly bummed. I guess I will have to order some more boards.

It's actually OVER for any PCB milling software, they all SUCK! I put the nail in the coffin by adding v cuts and trace selection. Next up is double sided boards and alignment holes. Never again will you suffer to make a PCB at home! OPEN SOURCE AND FREE

I ironed out a few problems today. Balance point adjustment and some final PID tuning are all that’s left I think. Anyone know how to fix the eventual falling over to one side? (All of this still looks like shit but I promise it’s doing better than it was earlier)
