Be clear, Trump’s win is a sign of voter realignment it's a sign of voter apathy. Trump didn't have to convert voters, just hold on to his base. This result is an indictment on MAGA and the 10 million + Biden voters who saw the most racist and sexist campaign, ignored the economists who warned about Trump’s plans wrecking the economy and still stayed home. Just remember that happens now is EXACTLY what y'all asked for and I will be here to remind you. #electionshaveconsequences

Maybe if MAGA wasn't so anti-woke, they wouldn't have been sleeping while elitist billionaires weaseled their way into power. President Musk and his sidekick Ramaswamy trashed "native-born" Americans as unqualified to do the jobs of H-1B visa foreign-born workers. That's quite the flip flop by Vivek, but who gon check them boo? 👀 #reeciecolbertshow

It's one thing to be nosey (human nature), but it's nasty work to believe that because your thirst for entertainment has not been quenched by Carlee Russell and her family that something is off. They are entitled to privacy, period. If you're THAT concerned for safety reasons about what happened to her, contact the Hoover Police Department.

A few thoughts: Now, why would Carrie Underwood expect the kind of respect Dems give their inauguration performers like Beyonce from the Grab Em by the P**y Party? Girl, get real. Byron Donalds calling Trump daddy is gross. Mark needs to stop forcing us to follow Trump’s POTUS account. Press play! #reeciecolbertshow

I don't really give a damn about what a particular trout mouth Trump supporter has to say, but I'm sick and tired of people weaponizing Black names as a way to denigrate Black people. Shaniqua is a NAME, not a slur or a stereotype, so put some respect on it! And the only thing DEI means in reference to VP Kamala Harris, AG Tish James, and DA Fani Willis is Definitely Earned It.

With all of the insidious and disgusting acts we've seen from Donald Trump and MAGAworld, why are the 92% in it? You have to be an unhinged self-hating negro to make Black women the villains. But guess what, no matter how much folks plot on our downfall we will never be humbled, we will never look like what we've been through, we will always rise, and we will always find peace. Take a page out of our book instead of acting like the opps! #reeciecolbertshow

In response to Chris Rock's special one thing I said was the world hates Black women with SEXUAL agency. What I should have said is the world hates Black women having ANY agency. If you gotta problem with what I say, address me. Don't tag my husband like a tattle tell a** b*tch!

I'm so here for Black women (aka the 92%) reclaiming their time and not taking anybody's sh*t! Seeing forever First Lady Michelle Obama skipping Trump-Musk's Inauguration and VP Kamala Harris declining to invite JD Vance to tour the residence fed my soul! #reeciecolbertshow

Let's speak truth, the reason why there wasn't an open primary after Joe Biden stepped down is because NO OTHER DEM had data showing they would beat Trump. It wasn't out of deference or taking one for the team, they didn't want to run in a tough environment for Dems. VP Kamala Harris fell on the sword and took her best shot. Now, all the superstars that were polling worse than her can run uunscathed in 2028. It's that simple. #ReecieWithTheReceipts #reeciecolbertshow

Let me help out the "We ain't seen Kamala" people who have manages to skip over her 1000+ events, 100s of world leader meetings, and portfolio wins because they only see what hits the gossip blogs. VP #KamalaHarris has been busy on issues around Black businesses, Black homeownership, HBCUs, Black Maternal Health, reproductive rights, voting rights, child care, clean water and much much more. Follow Vice President JD Vance if you really care beyond wanting to talk bs.

Hold the line Mark Robinson and don't let those Republicans push you out of the gubernatorial race in NC! They knew EXACTLY who you were when they supported you so don't let them be hypocrites now. Make them stand on your deeply rooted racist self hatred business and your unhinged views. #RolandMartinUnfiltered #ReecieColbertShow

I don't wanna hear ish about an "open process"...the time for hypotheticals is over. If you don't want the nominee to be VP Kamala Harris, then PUT A NAME ON IT and tell us who will challenge her. But remember, if your premise is VP ain't ready to take the licks from Republicans, make sure your candidate is ready to take some licks! Be sure they are ready for the big leagues cuz VP is battle tested and she got an army behind her.

This election wasn't lost because Dems doubled down on "wokeness", it was won by Republicans because ⚪️ folks doubled down on whiteness. The Senate seats we lost were ⚪️ men who i dare you lie and say they gave "woke." If people like James Carville want the Dems to throw the base under the bus, then stand on it instead of gaslighting and rewriting what we just witnessed. #RolandMartinUnfiltered #reeciecolbertshow

I saw many brilliant legal and scholarly takes on the SCOTUS gutting race conscious affirmative action, so lemme just offer this: let's normalize not giving a f&%k about how people think you got your foot in the door. Affirmative action was only a dark cloud over us to the extent that we subscribed to the notion we had to prove we belonged. #RolandMartinUnfiltered #ReecieColbertShow

A few things: Trump being convicted of 34 felonies is NOT election interference. Republicans had 20+ people running for POTUS that did not have 91 indictments, but Trump won the nomination. Secondly, I absolutely will celebrate that the same man who pulled out a full page ad calling for innocent Black teens to be executed (and still refuses to apologize) facing the same court system. The only thing that's a shame about today is that Trump’s serial criminality has been normalized and dismissed. #RolandMartinUnfiltered
