Mark Butcher is Reform UK's candidate in Claremont, Blackpool, standing tomorrow. He's seen here with a group intimidating a council worker taking flags down. A worker, just doing his job. There's also questions about Butcher's use of a charity as a campaign prop during the 2024 Blackpool South by-election.
