Get guys I just visited Susan, and she is doing well. Please allow her the time and space to heal. She needs all the love and support we can provide. Guys I’ve gained the weight again. If you see my double chin 🤣🤣🤣. At this point my body just wants to enjoy food but my height says no. I’m 5’5 which means I can’t carry the 95kg so I get really slow and lethargic when I’ve gained weight. I’ve started a calorie deficit diet and I’ve paid for 1 year gym membership. I hope this is the year I create a sustainable lifestyle. Wish me luck o
