So apparently, Kristi Noem thinks she’s starring in CSI: Imaginary Antifa Unit. She actually said they “arrested the girlfriend of one of the founders of Antifa” — and that they’re going to “eliminate them from the existence of American society.” Kristi, sweetheart… #Antifa doesn’t have founders. It’s short for anti-fascist. It’s been around since before your great-grandparents had indoor plumbing. There’s no membership card, no board meetings, and definitely no “founder’s girlfriend” getting perp-walked through Portland. You can’t arrest the girlfriend of a movement that’s been around for a century any more than you can arrest the cousin of gravity. That’s not law enforcement — that’s LARPing for Fox News. And the “eliminate them from society” part? That’s not “tough on crime.” That’s fascist cosplay. If you want to talk about people threatening the fabric of America, maybe start with the ones who keep trying to ban books, ban facts, and ban basic logic.
