The U.S. national debt is approaching $40 trillion and continues to climb. Addressing this reckless spending requires lasting institutional reforms and a decisive change of course from Congress. House Republicans is ready to take action. Today, I spoke on the House floor in support of a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution, a measure that would set a firm cap on federal spending, one Congress could not simply override at will. This amendment would give constitutional weight to fiscal responsibility and protect future generations from mounting debt.

The SPLC has been putting targets on the backs of conservative organizations by falsely labeling them as “hate groups” for far too long. When asked whether these organizations actually qualify as hate groups, the president of the SPLC cannot provide a simple yes-or-no answer because he cannot justify those labels. Many of the organizations targeted by the SPLC are simply pro-life groups or advocates for protecting children. They are neither dishonest nor dangerous. Yet the SPLC’s so-called “Hate List” has condemned organizations for presenting factual evidence and policy positions that have also been supported by health authorities, HHS, and other credible institutions.

For years, Americans were told, over and over, that President Trump incited violence on January 6th. That narrative was pushed relentlessly by Jack Smith, in cooperation with the Democrat Party and left wing media. But the facts tell a very different story. “Peacefully and patriotically.” Those weren’t throwaway words. They were deliberate, and they matter. Even Jack Smith in House Judiciary GOP 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 acknowledged that President Trump did not call for violence.

Trump, and for standing up for children like Chloe during today’s House Judiciary GOP 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 hearing. As major medical groups quietly rewrite their standards of care amid mounting lawsuits, it’s clear this bill would put an end to these irreversible, experimental practices on children.

Major medical organizations like American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) acknowledging how dangerously irresponsible these procedures are is only the beginning - we must keep fighting for justice, accountability, and to protect children from the same irreversible harm.

Our daughters should not be afraid to enter a locker room, or a bathroom. They deserve to feel safe in spaces created for them and should not have to justify those concerns with statistics or explanations about biological differences between males and females. Today in House Committee on Education & Workforce, I questioned superintendents from Democrat-led states about the harmful effects of gender ideology, attacks on parental rights, and the misuse of legal systems in our schools. Women fought hard to secure dedicated spaces, and those safeguards are being eroded by radical gender ideology, which is NOT protected under the Constitution. House Republicans will continue working to protect women’s spaces, defend parental rights, and ensure parents have a voice in their children’s safety and education.

So-called ‘gender transition’ for minors has left real victims in its wake - children rushed into irreversible procedures without adequate protections or truly informed consent. Last night on Fox News, I discussed legislation I introduced in the House, the Chloe Cole ⭐️ Act, which would establish meaningful safeguards for minors and hold medical professionals accountable.
