Congress will find money for just about anything. You'd think somewhere in that mountain of spending, $750 to background check the staff working in the People's House would make the cut. Nope. It's stunning this hasn’t been fixed already. If you're going to work in the People's House, you should have to undergo a background check first. That's not controversial. It's common sense. Close the loophole. Require background checks. Pass H.Res. 500.

🚨Legislative Alert 🚨 I just introduced H Res. 500 which would require background checks for House of Representatives employees as well as disclosures of foreign ties, including dual citizenship. We the People deserve to know who is working on our behalf and who they are affiliated with. Kinda crazy that background checks aren’t already required, right?!

😮Watch to the end! Absolutely WILD watching the radical left defend wealthy trial lawyers over kids and parents today. They literally presented the same amendment several times, written by the trial attorneys and then were upset getting called on it. One glance at their campaign contributions and you understand why.
