Today the Administrator of the FAA acknowledged @Spacex's Starship Flight 5 is a "vital mission." Yet he struggled to justify the 2-month delay his agency has imposed on the launch. Holding back progress for non-safety reasons is against the national interest.

We've learned that a dog successfully voted in a recent California election. The animal kept getting a ballot in the mail even after it died. Its owner was only caught after posting a photo of the dog wearing an "I voted" sticker. This is Newsom's California. We need Voter ID.

At this moment, the price of gas in California is $4.63/gallon. This is by far the highest in the nation. It's 23 cents higher than Hawaii, an island state. It's also $1.65 higher than Maryland, a bluer state than California. Our state's energy policies are uniquely harmful.

The gerrymandered Texas map has been struck down in court, but California's Prop. 50 map remains. At the last minute, Newsom and the Legislature took out language saying California will only gerrymander if Texas does. We need to end this senseless redistricting war.

Californians were charged extra fees on their phone service the last six years for a "Next Generation 911 System." Yet after spending $450 million, Newsom scrapped the whole project because the technology doesn't work. Now there will be a state and federal investigation.

I am introducing legislation to end gerrymandering in the United States for good.

We recently learned an astounding one-third of community college applications in California are fake. They're just used for financial aid fraud. Following our letter to the Secretary of Education, the Department is now implementing new identify verification requirements.

Gavin Newsom just threatened to withhold "BILLIONS" from California colleges if they sign a document pledging not to raise student tuition. Tuition has gone up 350 percent at CSU schools and 400 percent at UC schools over the last 25 years.

An illegal bio lab was just raided in Vegas. It is directly linked to the secret Chinese lab found in California in 2023, which was oozing with E. Coli, HIV, and Malaria. Congress must pass our bill to find these illegal labs and shut them all down.

Governor Newsom says "bring it on" when it comes to a fraud investigation. We will. I'm working on an audit of the entire state budget. We've already uncovered $32 billion in unemployment fraud, $24 billion in lost homelessness funds, and 1.2 million fake college applications.

Governor Newsom has accused me of "continuing to lie about CA High Speed Rail." I'd invite him to take me for a trip on the LA to SF train that was promised by 2020. Happy to be proven wrong.

The House of Representatives has passed my proposal to make California High-Speed Rail permanently ineligible for federal funding. The measure passed in an overwhelming bipartisan vote as part of an appropriations bill that will soon be signed into law.

Today I asked FBI Director Kash Patel to investigate California High-Speed Rail. He said the FBI can investigate for any waste, fraud or abuse. So far, $16 billion has been spent and nothing has been built.

The founders of Google are leaving CA because the government could soon confiscate $60 billion from each of them. This proposed “wealth tax” would collapse our state’s finances. It's also blatantly unconstitutional. I’m preparing legislation to preempt it under federal law.

Governor Newsom is plotting to abolish California's voter-approved Citizens Redistricting Commission, seize its powers for himself, and relegate Republicans to just 3 congressional seats out of 52. It would be the single most corrupt act in our state's history.

Gavin Newsom has suggested California "withhold" taxes from the federal government. This is at best nonsensical and at worst a serious felony. In reality, the State of California doesn't pay any taxes. Our citizens do.

We've successfully cut off Newsom's funding for High-Speed Rail. Yet now he's filed a frivolous lawsuit to try to keep the money coming. The project is estimated to cost $130 billion and it won't be done this century.

Newsom just released a poll suggesting 57% of voters support his Redistricting Sham. But Politico's poll shows 64% against it. The difference is fraud. Newsom is testing ballot language designed to fool people into thinking Yes is No.
