You don’t get to shut down the government every time you don’t get your way. House Republicans have passed 12 out of 12 appropriations bills with strong bipartisan support. Now Senate Democrats are threatening yet another shutdown over bills THEY HELPED WRITE, all to appease the far left’s push to defund ICE. That doesn’t keep Americans safe. It’s reckless political theater. Pass the bills. Fund FEMA and TSA. Keep the government open and do the job the American people sent you to Washington to do.

Hospitals are supposed to post their prices, but they hide them in online files patients never see. My Prices on the Wall Act, which passed committee today, fixes that. It requires prices to be posted in plain sight, right on the wall, and writes it into law for good. Patients deserve to know the cost before they get the bill. 🇺🇸
