Unfortunately he was — and many mismanaged blue states, including Minnesota, are allowing illegals who can’t read English or understand basic road signs to get behind the wheel of massive rigs. We must pass Dalilah’s Law to get illegal truckers off our roads! The safety of every American depends on it!
