What an incredible way for Alex Murphy to mark his Kaiserslautern debut! Murphy came off the bench in the 65th minute of their DFB-Pokal clash away to Mannheim, slotting in at left wing-back with the game still level at 0-0. The tie went all the way to extra-time and, in the 120th minute, Murphy fed Ibrahim Kanaté, who smashed the ball into the top corner to send Kaiserslautern through to the next round. The scenes afterwards were absolutely incredible. The Kaiserslautern end erupted, while Mannheim supporters certainly didn’t take the late winner well, with fans running onto the pitch and causing havoc after the goal, as seen in the video. But what an occasion for Murphy, making his debut and producing the game-winning assist in the 120th minute.

What a Roma debut for Evan Ferguson - 4 goals and an assist! 🟡🔴 The dream start for Ferguson in Italy and despite the opposition not being anything special it will do his confidence a world of good. Just the start for the striker. The fourth goal is different class!🇮🇪
