Half man / corporate shill. It was a website once, back when this fandom used to _make_ things. I may have gone too far in a few places. IG:@rangerretrocenter

This is where I'm going to lose about 300 followers. I don't like the anime/kabuki stuff in PR. I think that if PR is ever to truly reinvent itself for a new generation, if it ever honestly wants to be seen as more than just that 90's karate show, it needs to lay it to rest.

In the first version of "Changing of the Zords", the new Zords were called "Ancient Zords". It was only at the end of the episode that Zordon named them the Shogun Zords. The international masters of the episodes retained these names. The domestic did not. Which do you prefer?

Power Rangers Turbo's "Spirit of the Woods" was written in July 1997, only a matter of weeks after the Megaranger episode it was based on had aired in Japan. This is probably the fastest an episode has ever been adapted in the shows entire 30 year history.

Scott Page-Pagter's ADR team hid some unsubtle remarks in the original broadcast version of the 2001 Power Rangers Time Force finale, "The End of Time, Part I". They made backmasked Cyclobots say, "You are the size of a fucking condo", & "You bitch, that's too much money". (1/3)

Villamax’s change of heart in PRLG's “Journey’s End, Part II” mirrors and inverts the flower scene from Frankenstein (1931). In the original, the monster accepts flowers from a little girl he tragically kills. Villamax, by contrast, accepts flowers from a girl he’s just saved.

It probably would have been more on-trend to have done this three months ago, I guess.

Storyboards are like the blueprint for film- a comic strip of your ideas. They break down scenes & shots to visualize the script, helping the director explain how the final product should look. These're from the climax of SPD's "Endings Part 2", along with the finished episode.
