SEE FOR YOURSELF: Here's the full video of the fight, along with what proceeded it, at the remembrance event for Renesmay Eutsey yesterday in Dunbar, Fayette County. It shows borough council member Lynn Hall approaching the organizers of the event as they were speaking to the crowd. "Did you say council voted against [renaming the park for Renesmay," Hall asked. "We're in the middle of a speech for a celebration of a child," organizer Ebony Floyd responds. As the three woman argue, organizer Jessica Richter can be heard saying "it was on Facebook," referring to where she'd some heard council members had voted against the proposal to rename the park for Renesmay. The organizers ask Hall to go back to her seat. "You're going to have to back me up," Hall says. That's when another woman, who organizer say they don't know, interjects, saying "I'll back you up." That woman and Hall then trade punches before the borough's police chief intervenes. "This is why the community is the way it is," is the last thing an unidentified person can be heard saying in that specific clip we captured. Borough Mayor Norman Gordon said council had unanimously voted to rename the park last week. He did acknowledge that previously, council members had not all been enthusiastic about the name change. Minor charges are expected, the chief said. Authorities charged Renesmay's caregivers with her death.

I can't stop watching the footage I shot Saturday inside U.S. Steel's historic Edgar Thomson Plant in Braddock. As part of its 150th anniversary celebration, U.S. Steel gave journalists incredibly rare access to film a tour of the mill, Andrew Carnegie's first. KDKA story ⬇️
