Public safety should be the measure that drives supervision, not a one-size-fits-all approach. When low-risk individuals are unnecessarily over-supervised, probation officers have fewer resources to focus on the people who pose the greatest risk to communities. The Safer Supervision Act would allow supervision to be tailored to risk, progress, and individual circumstances 👏
