Today, I announced a lawsuit to block the proposed $110 billion merger between Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery—the largest merger in Hollywood history. If allowed to move forward, this merger would reduce competition, limit creative diversity, and diminish the quality and amount of film and television programming. We're asking the court to stop it before Californians pay the price. Competition is the lifeblood of a healthy economy. I'll keep fighting to protect it.
