A good governor can easily mobilise 500 young and energetic men and women to be trained on rescue from each of the 17 sub-counties. We can have a working team to help reduce the pain of a disaster. But a lazy governor hates MCAs who demand that he do better. Nairobi, don't elect someone because he can say TIBIM and TIALALA or he has dimples. Get someone who can make the city workable, livable and sustainable. You only need the city to have those 3 characterestics for you to have the convenience and comfort.
