The older I get, the more I realize success means very little if you do not have the energy to enjoy it. The wins feel different when you are healthy enough to be present for them. To sit with your family, take care of yourself, move your body, clear your mind, and actually live the life you are working so hard to build. Ambition matters. Hard work matters.
