1,000 days ago I was on Charles V Payne FOX Business talking about starting the $GNS fight against illegal short selling and market manipulation. 1,000 days later, new SEC chair Paul Atkins is on Charles V Payne and when Charles says "Dark pools, synthetic shares, illegal shorting... what are you doing about it?" he says: "We're doing a good spring cleaning.. we have a lot of work to do to try to, I think, make up for lost time frankly - all these things, potentially market manipulation and whatnot - we have active surveillance going. We have the tools to do it... Suffice it to say we're out to protect investors and to make sure they are not taken advantage of." It's been 1,000 days of patiently collecting data, of building our case against market manipulation. 1,000 days standing strong. 1,000 days getting ready. Now we are ready. Our lawyer Wes Christian and his team plan to file this week. I believe our filing will make history for a number of reasons that will become clear once filed. In 1,000 days, we have: 1,000 days more data 1,000 days more evidence 1,000 days of new case law 1,000 days with a new SEC on our side 1,000 days more power to the people In business, fast usually beats slow. The future of work - Do what you love and make $ from your ownership in the future AI economy. That can only work if (A) you have the money and knowledge to invest successfully in the right AI & robotics companies or (B) you have ownership in the funds or companies that are building AI treasuries. This happened in the 1600s with the first IPOs of the first public listed companies the Dutch and British East India Companies - with all their shareholders owning a share of the birth of global shipping and trade. This happened in the 1700s when the Bank of New York (founded by my distant relative Alexander Hamilton), became the 1st public company on NYSE, and in the 1800s with the IPOs of Transcontinental Railroad, Standard Oil and General Electric - with all their stakeholders owning a share of the birth of the US Economy and Industrial Revolution. I believe the same will now happen with the launch of AI Treasury companies and Digital Banks (or public companies who have both - of which I believe $GNS is the first). When the Bank of New York went public in 1792, at the birth of NYSE, USA had 3.9 million people. The size of the Europe economy was $300 billion with 150 million people. If a traveller from the US had returned to Europe then and said the US economy would one day be as big as Europe, when it had only 2% of the population, every European would have laughed. Today, the US economy is $31.8 trillion - 10,600% the size. With 349 million people. Everyone who had the forsight to invest in the growth of the US instead of laughing would have profited from the relative growth of the US vs Europe over the last 230 years. Similarly, the future economy of AI agents and robots will dwarf our current human population, and the digital economy they will create online and in space may very well grow by a similar 10,000%+ or more. But not in 230 years. More like 23 years or less. That's why we're all in on educating for the future. And investing in the future.

This weekend we held our $GNS 20 year anniversary. We grew from a one-man-band in 2005 to a global community, and from $0 to a $300m company in 2022 - Then we had our IPO and all hell broke loose. Three years as a listed company with multiple attacks against us, pushing us to the verge of delisting and bankruptcy. Yet here we are in 2025 (and in 2045 the crooks we beat will be a distant memory). A Japanese billionaire told me while the West is obsessed with getting 100x bigger, the East is focused at lasting 100x longer. At Genius, we can do both. We've been here for 20 years, and we'll be here in 20 years - and much more. Here's a video of us together this weekend - the early pioneers who were here 20 years ago, and who will still be here in 20 years time. With the havoc of the markets on Friday, it's easy to get caught up on gains and losses in the short term. Pan out. Plan for the long term. Bitcoin didn't exist 20 years ago.
