That means a lot to me because I don't think I ever saw on television somebody that looks like me never in a million years would I have thought that this would happen to be nominated for a Grammy. Most importantly, I feel like the song that is being celebrated and being nominated for the Grammy contains so much of my culture in it. That proves to myself so much. It proves to me also that culture is loved. Different cultures are being accepted. Yes it might sound like a silly drinking game but I feel like that could become a song that brings so many people joy, everyone has been enjoying it so much and I've been watching that and it's really just blown my mind away and so it means so much to myself, my younger self who grew up feeling like that would not be a possibility and it means a lot that APT is the one that is being celebrated so much. I'm really, really grateful and a little bit like shook. I don't even know what to say I'm like, oh my gosh.”

Rosé: I think we’ve… don’t remember any specific conversations, but yeah, if one of us feels like at that time it’s not the right thing, then we would all understand. Blackpink is like any relationship, if one person is not ready for something, then it should be respected. And I think we will always be ready to do that because Blackpink is only four members, first of all.
