There’s been a fire where I live. I was out on my jog when a few lads and I rushed over to see what was happening, and before we knew it, we’d ended up running all the way to the local station. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service do a fantastic job. I just hope everyone is ok

As many of you know, I really love pie and mash when I’m in the big smoke. I get it done proper job, with all the liquor, chilli vinegar, and everything else. Anyways, it seems to be many people don’t want to give it a go lol. I’ve made a funny edit anyway about it lol.

So I’ve had the opportunity to catch David Coote this morning before his sentencing at Nottingham Crown Court, so I’ve asked him about Premier League officiating and his case.

I gave an old lady a small amount of cash today. I get offered a lot of things by people daily, in person or online, and most of the time I decline, but today I took it and gave it to someone vulnerable in our community. I like the people of Nottinghamshire, especially Newark.

So I’ve been out into the city asking people if they know who Rupert Lowe is, in the best and most beautiful city in the world, Nottingham.

I have been talking to BBC Radio Nottingham about the Robert Jenrick defection, as a local constituent living here for 17 years. He is a fraud, that's a heads-up. Even his new boss has said that too.
