Train no.18048( Vasco-da-gama Amravati Express) is running late by more than 2 hours now.And the train is so dirty,no water,leaking roof and spillage.All the vendors and beggars are coming freely inside the AC compartment.Kindly help Ministry of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw Southern Railway
