Earlier this year I got the insane opportunity to go perform Somniomancer in front of almost 80,000 people at Arknight’s yearly stadium event, with a full choir and orchestra. A month of creating a custom version, getting the orchestral and choir scores right, troubleshooting wardrobe and blocking, 4 days of rehearsals, then 8 shows in a row — It was intense work, but it was so worth it for the first time I got to emerge from the bottom of the stage on a grand piano and hear the deafening roar of ten thousand people excited to hear the song. Thank you, Arknights, for bringing me out and giving me one of the coolest experiences of my life 🤍

I had the initial idea for the ALLEIKHREOS intro while camping in the wilderness without a computer. I suddenly woke up at 3am with a full track in my head, and had to run to the bathroom (as to not wake my friends) and use my voice memos to get the idea down. Listening to me trying to explain it to my future self is so funny 😂

Once a track is done and out in the world, it’s always surreal for me look back at the very first spark. As soon as I read through the Arknights narrative, the “why have your forsaken us” line played in my head and I ran to the piano and made this voice memo.
