Never have I seen a petitioner in the Supreme Court openly abuse the Chief Justice of India. This man’s name is Prabal Pratap. Even though he is wearing a black robe, he is not a lawyer, but an overwhelmed and frustrated petitioner who spoke his mind. Yes, his conduct undermines the dignity of the highest court in India. But why would an ordinary citizen do this, knowing full well it could amount to contempt of court?
