Tough decision this morning, it was a big moment in the calendar - Sports Day Dad’s race. I’ve been struggling for a week with a strained lower back & my chiropractor said don’t do anything too strenuous this week so it probably wasn’t the right thing to do. But I had my little girl saying “just give it a try Daddy”. So there was only one thing for it… The expectation & pressure was on. 💭 “Just get out in front & stay there” 1st place, in 2nd gear & thankfully in one piece. See you next year 🥇
