“Tonight, as the Rays honor the past with their Devil Rays threads, they’re presently the best team in the American League. And now their future in Tampa Bay has finally been secured.” A surreal moment, as I had the chance to open tonight’s Rays TV broadcast with the historic announcement that we’ve found our Forever Home, right here in Tampa Bay.
