Charlie Kirk was shot on a Wednesday, Tyler arrived to the university at 8:39am. The University would have been packed with student walking to class all over the campus. How did no one see him scouting the rooftops? How did he know Charlie would be setup in a location that he would give him a clear line of sight? He retrieved the gun at 12:15, made it to the prone position at 12:22, then took the shot at 12:33? Some how he also assembled his rifle and disassembled his rifle and that exact same period of time?

Do you seriously expect us to swallow this nonsense that some spoiled brat tooling around in a gleaming $75,000 Dodge Charger, courtesy of his affluent white parents, is suddenly too destitute to hire his own damn lawyer? All because of Utah's farcical kangaroo courts and their twisted laws? Spare me. After a judge somehow deemed this pampered Robinson incapable of affording private counsel. Yeah, the kid with the loaded folks and that flashy muscle car, the Utah County Public Defender's Office flatly refused, citing their oh-so-convenient policy against touching death penalty cases. So, the Utah County Commission, in a brazen fulfillment of their so-called constitutional obligations, rushed to ink a contract with seasoned defense shark Kathryn Nester on September 24, 2025. Meanwhile, County Attorney Jeff Gray, our equivalent to a DA, is clamoring for extra prosecutorial muscle to stack the deck, but the defense pick falls squarely to the commission, not him directly. This sham setup pretends to guarantee a "qualified" defense while supposedly honoring the sacred right to counsel under the U.S. and Utah Constitutions. Make no mistake. They're engineering this entire farce to rig the court system from the ground up.

Dear DataRepublican (small r), yesterday we were smuggled into Guatemala by the cartels via water rafts so I could get you the evidence you would need to investigate the UNHCR, UNICEF, and OMI. I believe these are the key NGO’s that played a major role in trafficking the 452,121 unaccompanied migrant children into America. I’m one lead away from being able to prove this.
