中国が独自の主張の根拠とする諸点は、国際法上有効な論拠ではありません。国際法上、領有権を取得するためには、明確な領有の意思を持って、継続的かつ平和的に領域主権を行使することが必要です。しかし、中国は、#尖閣諸島をそのように実効的に支配した証拠を何ら示していません。(2/2)
