A GUY BOUGHT 4 OF THESE FOR $30K EACH. LAST MONTH THEY TILED 11 APARTMENTS AND HE POCKETED $86,000. Old way: one tiler, one flat, 3 days, split the money with the crew. His robots do a full apartment in a night, four at once, no wages at the end of it. He charges the same $2,000-a-unit every contractor charges. Difference is nobody's getting paid but him. $120K spent once, made back in under two months, and they're still laying tile while he sleeps. Tiling was supposed to be too precise for a machine. Turns out precise is the easy part. The hard part was finding someone willing to buy in before everyone else did. He did. Now he owns a crew that works for free.
