BREAKING NEWS | SAPS National Spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe has confirmed the arrest of 45-year-old UK fugitive Mkhanyisi Tshuma by the SAPS Organised Crime Unit and Interpol in Kensington, Johannesburg. Tshuma allegedly fled the United Kingdom after the deaths of his wife and two children. Mathe says, “South Africa is not a hiding place for fugitives.”
