Advocate-on-Record (AOR)-Supreme Court of India-MBA Finance-Will pursue legal action against anyone who insults Sanatan Dharma.
Videos

I came across her (Nishu Aazad) derogatory tweets concerning Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Bhagwan Shiv, Maa Durga, and Maa Saraswati yesterday. If you look at our team’s track record, you will see that wherever Sanatan Dharma or Hindu Deities are insulted, we take legal action through constitutional and lawful means. It is your right to believe or not to believe in someone’s Dharma or religion, but you do not have the right to insult or demean someone else’s Dharma. Her tweets may be old, but the period of limitation begins from the date of knowledge. We have also got an FIR registered against Rana Ayyub in relation to her old derogatory tweets concerning Hindu Deities. The police have assured us that they will take the necessary action in accordance with the law. Video credit: IANS

We formed a team that whenever there is an insult to Sanatan Dharma, any Deity, we take it to Court. We are making them answerable. वो जो मौसम था कि कुछ भी बोलो, मगर कोई पूछने वाला नहीं है I That phase, we have come out of it to a great extent, and the journey is still on. What happens when the police forget that the Constitution applies to them too? The Hon'ble Karnataka High Court had an answer. Whitefield Police detained Hindu activist 🚩Mohan Gowda🇮🇳 over a social media post concerning the cancellation of Kunal Kamra’s proposed show. The Court didn’t stay silent. It asked the questions that needed to be asked: “Who is giving you instructions?” “Who will voluntarily come to a police station?” “You can’t take the liberty of citizens for granted just because you are in uniform.” And then came the reminder that should echo through every police station: “Standing tall will not make you tall in law. You should bend down to the law.” The Court also questioned why a Section 35(3) BNSS notice was issued after he had already been taken into custody, and flagged the absence of functioning CCTV at the police station. The DGP/IG was directed to issue binding guidelines, with departmental action against officers who violate the law laid down by the Supreme Court. This is what an independent judiciary is supposed to do. - Not protect the powerful. - Not look away. - Not rubber-stamp authority. - But stand between the citizen and the arbitrary exercise of power. - A uniform gives you authority. It does not put you above the Constitution. When the police forget the law, the Court must remind them. Today, it did. Watch:

This outcome of the court proceedings and the historic judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court would remain incomplete if we do not acknowledge the immense groundwork, dedication, and tireless efforts put in by several individuals even before the commencement of the legal proceedings. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji (Ichalkaranjikar V.S.) from Hindu Vidhigya Parishad, along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HinduJagrutiOrg), worked tirelessly with Shri Naval Kishore Ji, former Sangh Pracharak and a leading force behind the Bhojshala Mukti Andolan. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in keeping this issue alive at the national level and in building the foundation for the legal battle. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji made extraordinary efforts by continuously sitting for eight days in the ASI Office at Bhopal and gathering all the relevant documents through RTI applications and detailed research. Those documents played a very significant role in bringing the true facts before the Court. The efforts of Sudarshan News and Shri Suresh Chavhanke Ji (Dr. Suresh Chavhanke “Sudarshan News”) are also highly commendable. They had been consistently raising their voice on the Bhojshala issue long before it became a mainstream subject of discussion. Their persistent efforts helped in creating nationwide awareness regarding the issue. The legal proceedings were then taken to their logical conclusion by Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain Ji (Vishnu Shankar Jain) and Shri Hari Shankar Jain Ji (Hari Shankar Jain), whose relentless legal efforts and effective representation played a vital role in securing this historic result before the Hon’ble Court. This result is truly the outcome of collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and years of continuous struggle by numerous individuals and organizations. Above all, it is only with the divine grace and blessings of Shri Vag Mata Ji that such a historic result could finally be achieved. 🚩 Ramesh Shinde 🇮🇳

Section 515 of the BNSS (corresponding to Section 469 of the CrPC) permits the filing of a complaint from the date of knowledge of the offence. Similarly, the derogatory tweets posted by Rana Ayyub pertained to 2016-17, but they came to our notice only in 2024, following which we got an FIR registered against her. The tweets by Nishu Azad are of a more serious nature and stand on a higher pedestal compared to those of Rana Ayyub. Aman Chopra TAP - The Aman Podcast

A question for Saurav Dass. Today, you are saying that if the FIRs are not withdrawn, you and your team will protest again. But CJP leaders, including Sonam Wangchuk, have stated that those who attacked police personnel, misbehaved with female journalists, and damaged public property were not part of the CJP protest. If that is true, then why are you demanding the withdrawal of those FIRs? Also, FIRs cannot be withdrawn by a mere announcement. There is a legal procedure, and any withdrawal can only take place in accordance with law and with the approval of the competent court wherever required.

Namaskar, The Hon’ble Supreme Court is hearing a case where the Learned Amicus Curiae has suggested reducing the age of consent from 18 to 16 years. This petition originally arose after the Nirbhaya case to ensure women’s safety, not to redefine childhood or consent. Such a proposal goes beyond its scope and risks harming our children. Children aged 16 to 18 are still in school; this is the age to study, not to legalize adult relationships. I am filing an Intervention Application before the Supreme Court opposing this move, with guidance from Sr. Adv. Shri Makarand D. Adkar Ji (Makarand Adkar). #ProtectChildren #ChildSafety #POCSO #NirbhayaCase #SupremeCourt

Maa Chamunda Devi, also known as Chamundeshwari, is one of the most powerful and revered manifestations of the Divine Mother in Hindu tradition. She is worshipped as a fierce form of Goddess Durga, symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the protection of devotees from negative energies. Her name comes from the demons Chanda and Munda, whom she defeated during the great battle described in the Devi Mahatmya of the Markandeya Purana. And this joker Ranveer Singh went so far as to call Her a ‘ghost’ - an absolutely shameful remark. Ranveer Singh’s remark is not just disrespectful; it reflects a complete lack of basic decency and values. No responsible individual would make such a comment

A complaint has been filed on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HinduJagrutiOrg) & Supreme Court Advocates. Well said by Sr. Adv. Makarand D. Adkar Ji (Makarand Adkar) that if you will say, "सब बुत उठवाए जाएंगे... बस नाम रहेगा अल्लाह का।" - यह हमें मंज़ूर नहीं 🚩 Ramesh Shinde 🇮🇳

Complaints have already been filed against individuals spreading hate speech, and additional complaints are being prepared. If the police take action on our complaint, it will be appreciated. However, if no action is taken, we will approach the court and pursue the matter to its logical conclusion.

Misinterpreting Scriptures, Misleading a Generation Dhruv Rathee misinterpreted the Sanskrit word "Māṃsa" (मांस) to support his narrative. In the context he cited, the term refers to the pulp or flesh of fruits, not meat. By misrepresenting the meaning of Sanskrit words and distorting our scriptures, he has misled countless viewers and polluted the minds of young people. I personally received a call from one of my interns after watching Dhruv Rathee's video. The intern genuinely asked whether Mata Sita and Bhagwan Shri Ram had engaged in such practices, having been influenced by the misleading claims made in the video. We then referred to the original scriptures and explained the correct context and meaning. If one educated intern could be misled in this manner, imagine how many other young minds may have been influenced by this false interpretation. Misinforming people by misrepresenting sacred texts is deeply irresponsible and has far-reaching consequences. Makarand Adkar

The Delhi Police did not carry out any investigation for the past one year in the case against Rana Ayyub. In the FIR, the police mentioned the accused as “unknown” instead of naming Rana Ayyub. Despite her having more than 1 million followers, the police submitted before the Court of Ld. Magistrate that it needed to verify whether the concerned handle belonged to her. Due to the failure of the Grievance Appellate Committee to decide the appeal on merits, we were constrained to approach the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Hon’ble Court, in its Order dated 08.04.2026, observed that the tweets of Respondent No. 4 (Rana Ayyub) were derogatory, inflammatory, and communal, and directed the Union of India to take appropriate action within 24 hours. The Supreme Court Advocates and the HinduJagrutiOrg have jointly filed a complaint against those who made anti-Hindu and anti-India statements during the CJP Protest. The Government has introduced The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026. Under the proposed law, cases will be tried by Fast Track Courts, and the offences will be cognizable and non-bailable. Most importantly, no action will be taken against genuine students.
