This outcome of the court proceedings and the historic judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court would remain incomplete if we do not acknowledge the immense groundwork, dedication, and tireless efforts put in by several individuals even before the commencement of the legal proceedings. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji (Ichalkaranjikar V.S.) from Hindu Vidhigya Parishad, along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HinduJagrutiOrg), worked tirelessly with Shri Naval Kishore Ji, former Sangh Pracharak and a leading force behind the Bhojshala Mukti Andolan. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in keeping this issue alive at the national level and in building the foundation for the legal battle. Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji made extraordinary efforts by continuously sitting for eight days in the ASI Office at Bhopal and gathering all the relevant documents through RTI applications and detailed research. Those documents played a very significant role in bringing the true facts before the Court. The efforts of Sudarshan News and Shri Suresh Chavhanke Ji (Dr. Suresh Chavhanke “Sudarshan News”) are also highly commendable. They had been consistently raising their voice on the Bhojshala issue long before it became a mainstream subject of discussion. Their persistent efforts helped in creating nationwide awareness regarding the issue. The legal proceedings were then taken to their logical conclusion by Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain Ji (Vishnu Shankar Jain) and Shri Hari Shankar Jain Ji (Hari Shankar Jain), whose relentless legal efforts and effective representation played a vital role in securing this historic result before the Hon’ble Court. This result is truly the outcome of collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and years of continuous struggle by numerous individuals and organizations. Above all, it is only with the divine grace and blessings of Shri Vag Mata Ji that such a historic result could finally be achieved. 🚩 Ramesh Shinde 🇮🇳

🚩 Good News! Maharashtra Devasthan Inam Bill Suspended! 🚩 Jai Bhavani! Jai Shivaji! This is a significant victory for Hindu temples and devotees across Maharashtra. The sustained efforts and strong opposition led by Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh have borne fruit, with Revenue Minister Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankule (Chandrashekhar Bawankule) announcing the suspension of the proposed Devasthan Inam Nirmulan Draft Act, 2026. Heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Shri Sunil Ghanwat Ji (Sunil Ghanwat 🛕🛕) and the entire Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh (Mandir Mahasangh) team for their tireless efforts. Appreciation is also due to the Ashtavinayak Mandir Committee, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, temple trustees, and all those who united to safeguard the interests of Hindu temples. While we welcome this decision, our efforts will continue until the following long-pending issues are addressed: ✅ Restoration of temple Inam lands ✅ Removal of illegal encroachments on temple properties ✅ Utilization of temple funds exclusively for Hindu Dharma and temple-related purposes ✅ Monthly honorarium and welfare measures for priests and sevadars Salute to Shri Sunil Ghanwat Ji and the entire Mandir Mahasangh for their dedication and leadership in this cause. Namaskar, The Hon’ble Supreme Court is hearing a case where the Learned Amicus Curiae has suggested reducing the age of consent from 18 to 16 years. This petition originally arose after the Nirbhaya case to ensure women’s safety, not to redefine childhood or consent. Such a proposal goes beyond its scope and risks harming our children. Children aged 16 to 18 are still in school; this is the age to study, not to legalize adult relationships. I am filing an Intervention Application before the Supreme Court opposing this move, with guidance from Sr. Adv. Shri Makarand D. Adkar Ji (Makarand Adkar). #ProtectChildren #ChildSafety #POCSO #NirbhayaCase #SupremeCourt

Maa Chamunda Devi, also known as Chamundeshwari, is one of the most powerful and revered manifestations of the Divine Mother in Hindu tradition. She is worshipped as a fierce form of Goddess Durga, symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the protection of devotees from negative energies. Her name comes from the demons Chanda and Munda, whom she defeated during the great battle described in the Devi Mahatmya of the Markandeya Purana. And this joker Ranveer Singh went so far as to call Her a ‘ghost’ - an absolutely shameful remark. Ranveer Singh’s remark is not just disrespectful; it reflects a complete lack of basic decency and values. No responsible individual would make such a comment

The Delhi Police did not carry out any investigation for the past one year in the case against Rana Ayyub. In the FIR, the police mentioned the accused as “unknown” instead of naming Rana Ayyub. Despite her having more than 1 million followers, the police submitted before the Court of Ld. Magistrate that it needed to verify whether the concerned handle belonged to her. Due to the failure of the Grievance Appellate Committee to decide the appeal on merits, we were constrained to approach the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Hon’ble Court, in its Order dated 08.04.2026, observed that the tweets of Respondent No. 4 (Rana Ayyub) were derogatory, inflammatory, and communal, and directed the Union of India to take appropriate action within 24 hours. The Hon’ble Supreme Court, vide Order dated 28.04.2023, directed that whenever incidents of hate speech come to light, the police authorities across all States in India must take suo motu action, failing which it would amount to contempt of court. In 2024, the Hon’ble Supreme Court had strongly reprimanded Udhayanidhi Stalin for misusing his freedom of speech. Despite the matter being pending before the Court, he again delivered the same hate speech in the Assembly, apparently under the belief that legislative privilege would protect him. However, we have filed an application before the Hon’ble Supreme Court bringing this conduct to its notice. The next date of hearing is 19.05.2026. Ashok Shrivastav DD News

We have been taught the concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” and we have followed it for centuries. Whether such tolerance is a virtue or otherwise has now become a fundamental question. I completely agree with Sr. Adv. Makarand Adkar Sir (Makarand Adkar) that we need to rethink our “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” approach unless it is mutually respected and accepted by everyone.

Even if a person is residing outside India but has not surrendered the Indian citizenship and continues to be an Indian citizen, Indian criminal law will be applicable to them. Therefore, a person residing in Germany would also be amenable to Indian jurisdiction. We have already initiated criminal & civil remedies against Dhruv Rathi. Dinesh

Why Bharat Must Be Declared a Hindu Rashtra - Lessons from the Brutal Lynching of Dipu Chandra Das In the tragic case of Bangladeshi Hindu #DipuChandraDas, who was dragged away by an Islamist mob and brutally lynched, the attackers didn't bother to inquire about his caste, whether Dalit, Brahmin, or Kshatriya, or his regional identity as Maharashtrian, Tamilian, or Bihari. To them, he was simply a Hindu, and that was reason enough. Remember, Bangladesh, once part of greater Hindustan, was carved out through partition, yet even there, radical forces target Hindus solely for their faith. This painful reminder highlights why Bharat must be declared a Hindu Rashtra, to forge unbreakable unity among Hindus, transcend internal divisions, and safeguard our ancient civilization from such barbarism ever spilling onto our sacred soil. Only then can we truly protect every Hindu life.

M.F. Husain not only created deeply offensive paintings of Hindu Deities, but now his artworks, despite him being a fugitive, are being auctioned by certain individuals. This raises serious questions and calls for an investigation into the potential financial irregularities of those involved in promoting and profiting from such a figure. HinduJagrutiOrg Sanatan Prabhat Makarand Adkar My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Suresh Chavhanke “Sudarshan News” Ji for standing fearlessly in support of the dignity of Sanatan Dharma and our revered Deities. #Stop_Husain_Art_Auction
