Interviewee: I participated in the protests yesterday (i.e. 17th Oct) and I can say Islamic republic lies about everything. French Police did everything it possibly could to make people leave the scene peacefully. I didn't see any violence from the police. Reporter: I heard you were hit by baton and tear gas?! Interviewee: I can say that the baton that hit me or the tear gas wasn't because of violence. It was because people wouldn't disperse! For the love of God, How can you reason with people who say that Police brutality in western countries is a sign of mercy in comparison to when it happens in Iran?! Where does this inferiority complex and hatred come from?!
