The Black River Bay is calm again. However, Pelican Bar which could once be seen here from the waterfront seawall is no more...also Basil Dolphin Reef it seems Shelly ...the rd leading to them in the Parottee District of Black River is also hazardous St. Elizabeth, Jamaica
