Todays order by IHC is of paramount importance to the people of Balochistan. I am more than grateful to Honourable Justice Athar Minaullah for nominating me head of the commission based on Imaan Mazari’s petition. The commission was filed in IHC in February. The judiciary has to play its role for granting justice to the oppressed. Today the Honourable Judge of IHC summoned the PM and interior minister who mock the tragedy that has become of the missing person case. Remarks passed in court today - “Should we take this matter to the UN and disrespect our country”? “Are these not your children?” These remarks by judges are significant to reflect on by every citizen of this country who wants peace in Balochistan. We plead before the judiciary to play a pivotal role as the only flicker of hope.

As I have reiterated, this is not a caretaker government but an undertaker assigned to make sure oppressed people of Balochistan are pushed to the wall. Instead of creating an atmosphere for creating confidence building measures they are using their authoritarian policies which really show how much they care about Balochistan.
