My production guy sent this to me on WhatsApp this morning. This is what our Bihar unit looks like after a month of starting. We are adding machines every month. I will be travelling there next week we need to make an ecosystem to decrease the time of reaching required raw materials / trims / accessories there. Next week we will start fabric cutting and will try to start some part of packing operations also there. My production guy told me .. sir people are waiting for the machines everyone wants to work in our company. We have kept and maintained a very good working culture on the production floor, so men and women can work together. As we are a women-focused brand, we are so happy that women’s workforce is joining us. After taking the blessings of the land of Bihar, we hope we can run this factory at full capacity in six months. So happy to share .. Finally, production started in Bihar .. Soon, more Stitching tailors will join us and we will be able to deliver amazing fashion products to the world. Fashion that is 100% made in India, from Bihar, by people of Bihar. Very happy to know that female Stitching tailors are also joining us .. it is very special for me that we will be able to give employment to female tailors in the Bihar factory. Making fashion for women, by women, is a very special feeling for us. May the land of Bihar bless us and we can increase production from here. Jai Bihar Jai Bharat 🇮🇳
