Late post, I have been in our Bihar unit for the last three days. It’s been two months since we set up this plant… every month we are improving infrastructure, adding more machinery, and adding operations. The biggest challenge I am facing is getting everyone to follow the SOP, as this is very new for the people here… no one is used to following systems. The good thing is … skilled male and female operators/ managers joining us and they are very eager to learn new things. We have started giving training to people here as some special operations require both skill and experience. I just wish , may land of Bihar bless us and we can double our strength this year. In fashion, seasonal changes affect sales and sales affect all the production planning, funds, buying everything. I just hope we get a sales growth in the coming festive seasons and we can add more machines and more people can join us. As a women-led brand , I am very happy to share that in our every department women operators have joined and I am seeing daily women’s operators are coming to join but we do not have requirements as on date. Also we have started giving training to women’s who are learning stitching. May surya Bagvan bless us all and we can bring some change in people life. Jai Bhart Jai Bihar 🇮🇳

We got all the industrial electrical equipment installed, and the machines are in place. We have started hiring stitching tailors in Bihar .. as on date 25 machines have been fully installed and are ready to use with all the necessary infrastructure required for a factory. Thank you all of you and people of Bihar for blessing, in less than a week we have done all the setup. All our legal formalities also completed. Today is my last day in Bihar , I will be back in 15 days for more expansion of machines. Jai Bihar Jai Bharat. 🇮🇳

My production guy sent this to me on WhatsApp this morning. This is what our Bihar unit looks like after a month of starting. We are adding machines every month. I will be travelling there next week we need to make an ecosystem to decrease the time of reaching required raw materials / trims / accessories there. Next week we will start fabric cutting and will try to start some part of packing operations also there. My production guy told me .. sir people are waiting for the machines everyone wants to work in our company. We have kept and maintained a very good working culture on the production floor, so men and women can work together. As we are a women-focused brand, we are so happy that women’s workforce is joining us. After taking the blessings of the land of Bihar, we hope we can run this factory at full capacity in six months. So happy to share .. Finally, production started in Bihar .. Soon, more Stitching tailors will join us and we will be able to deliver amazing fashion products to the world. Fashion that is 100% made in India, from Bihar, by people of Bihar. Very happy to know that female Stitching tailors are also joining us .. it is very special for me that we will be able to give employment to female tailors in the Bihar factory. Making fashion for women, by women, is a very special feeling for us. May the land of Bihar bless us and we can increase production from here. Jai Bihar Jai Bharat 🇮🇳
