Water inside Darbar Sahib Complex is not normal, there should be proper drainage. Coming 450 th Foundation Anniversary, I want to know what’s everyone’s plan ? The sanitation cannot be sorted, Bhagtanwala landfill cannot be removed? Old walled city of Amritsar cannot be cleaned? Water is logged inside the premises? If everyone can stop fighting and start looking towards the most sacred and revered spaces of Sikhs it would be appreciated. But I guess it’s not lucrative to any political party to bother about Chalo Amritsar !!!! Something which a few ordinary women have been raising

Another video comes out where Kangana Ranaut's brother hits her team member. Who knows what occurred at the airport? I'm glad that Harsimrat Badal is the first woman to come out and speak against Kangana saying no one has the right to label Punjabis as terrorists. Kangana cannot keep on spewing venom before taking oath she needs to be taken to task under Section 32. They say panthic forces on the rise but is there a check on people who in name of Hinduism are spreading hate and violence.

When someone asks for forgiveness Sikhi teaches to forgive. Somewhere we need to understand that Darbar Sahib is not a tourist place. Fault lies in Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee too . Especially the pomp and show around celebrities must stop. Golden Temple is our Sanctum Santorum simplicity and humility is what Guru Ghar is about. The sewadars need to be updated for politely asking people to respect Gurmaryada. First time someone promptly apologised and personally I consider it as a sign of respect towards Sikh community.

Punjab has been through generational trauma. Why stepmotherly treatment to Punjab ? Isn't Punjab an integral part of India? Story of our state Punjab needs to be heard. DILJIT DOSANJH

Women Farmers from Punjab and Haryana coming in support of Kulwinder Kaur. Most people have an argument that Kulwinder's action was wrong being in uniform, alright let's agree to it. Hasn't Kulwinder Kaur paid the price of it. She is in custody and lost her job. But Kangana full of hatred and spreading venom , instigating and insulting Sikhs and Farmers is roaming around and trotting towards parliament. Tell me is it fair ? Kulwinder is in custody but the the person she tried to stop from spreading hate is free. Is this just ?

Intense heatwave and Chandigarh on a tree cutting spree. When the entire country is advised how to protect themselves from #Heatwave. Ridiculously ridiculous. There wasn’t the need to cut these trees. These trees are not obstruction . The road is wide enough. Cycle track is already there. These trees were guy grown Eucalyptus trees. Somehow I am seeing eucalyptus trees are the ones being cut all over Chandigarh, in Panjab University, Sector 9 , last year in sector 7 as well. The cost of eucalyptus timber generally ranges from ₹400 to ₹900 per cubic foot depending on the region and wood quality. For bulk quantities or industrial use (e.g., pulp, poles, or firewood), it typically costs between ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per metric tonne. Why just eucalyptus? How can toxicity in Budha Nalha be removed by manual labour ? There are scientific methods to do so and we need to see efficient scientific methods to treat the toxic water. Industries that discharge toxic water in this water body also need to be taken to task.Their licences should be revoked. Why is it important that Panjab University should remain with Punjab and no centeralisation. This farmer has one acre of land. Wanted higher education for his children. His son cleared JEE mains with flying colours got a seat in Delhi. Fees being beyond their reach they opted for Panjab University’s UIT today he’s placed in a top IT company and getting a good salary. We want education to be affordable and accessible to our children from Panjab. We must understand that centralisation also means that education out of reach. Colleges in Chandigarh itself has reservation for Chandigarh students. Panjab University is a place where quality and affordable education and first prefrefrence should be of Punjab's students. This University was transferred from Lahore to Chandigarh. Panjab University is for Punjab and so shall it be.
