A question to Gautam Gambhir you said Sanju "deserves a lot more." What is that "lot more"? T20 captaincy consideration ❌ No ODI spot even after Virat's injury ❌ Samson achieved the highest individual honor a player can achieve in international cricket ie POTT in a WC scoring 85+ in every knockout game. Shreyas Iyer, who wasn't part of India's last two WC -winning squads, and Tilak Varma, who doesn't even have a fixed position in the T20I XI, are being discussed for captaincy but not Sanju( Not like Sanju doesn't have captaincy experience - Sanju is the only RR captain to take RR to an IPL final since 2008) Sanju has 57 ODI avg, a 💯 in his last ODI which was a series decider in SA yet he is not in consideration for ODIs? Is it because he is not a Hindu? I seriously think that's the main reason.

Under Rahul Dravid India drew 1-1 in SA Test series after taking 1-0 lead Messed a golden opportunity to win test series in england by allowing england to chase 330 plus. Lost WTC final WC final. Lost T20WC 2022 Lost WC finals 23 Lost ODI series vs Bang & Aus Yet we celebrated his 2024 T20 WC win at the end of his coaching tenure and rightfully So. So Why are we giving up on Gautam Gambhir so early? All players he pushed have shown hunger. Be it NKR,Sundar,Samson,V Chakravarthy,Ramandeep etc. Allow the guy to do his thing ,fail and then kick him out if you want to. Tough calls are hard to take as fans, players or coach. But the one who can take that always succeeds. We should support GG and his decisions 🙌
