Did chess today I thought I would have a great workout but that did not happen. I felt great but I just could not push yesterday. I had an amazing workout it back yesterday. I thought it would be more the same today but quite good country. I’m pretty vascular not as vascular as I was and I’m definitely way smaller than I was if you scroll back and look at video before especially Sam Sulaiman I don’t understand why I’ve lost all the size.

Post on Monday I did Dips today and push-ups and handstands against the wall though and I did crawls as well and honestly I feel like dog shit I did not sleep all weekend. I eat a huge cheap Saturday dinner and a huge treat Sunday lunch but it did not help with sleep. It did not help with work out. It did not help with fullness as in my muscles don’t look full at all. You mean I did not explode. I’m just tiny as well. My weight went out my body fat went up I mean silly it’s like groundhog week always.

Went for a swim today cause I just couldn’t face going to the park needed something different and I got exactly what I needed. The sunshine behind me is not a reflection of how the pool actually was. It was a very, very gloomy swim. The sun has only come out now and I’ve hardly eaten the last 2 days but I look as flat as I have ever looked in gosh months.

Monday morning 7:35 am just got back from working out in the park today I did Dips and I did push-ups so I’m holding the camera with my left hand which I never do trying to show you my pics and Pak movement and try to show you my apps, of course and I think from the side the way when I’m stressing my triceps and stuff you can see my guts really look good.
