I’m in the “selective use of pulmonary thrombectomy” camp, but not gonna lie: this one was pretty satisfying. One pass and near-normalization of PASP. 02 sat 90 –> 100%. Wish it always went down like this. The PERT Consortium® #CardioTwitter #UChicagoCathLab #MedEd
