Since partnering with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance in 2016, Zipline has delivered nearly 400,000 vaccine doses in Rwanda and it now serves nearly 1,000 public health facilities across Rwanda in coordination with national health institutions. Great to witness this fast, cost-effective and safe way to deliver lifesaving doses at the mother and child centre in Rwanda’s Rwamagana District.

I was pleased to meet with Hon. Sabin Nsanzimana, Minister of Health of Rwanda, here in New York. Rwanda has one of the highest vaccine coverage rates among Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance countries (99% DTP1, 98% DPT3, and 97% measles vaccine coverage). We look forward to co-hosting the #GaviLeap rollout in Kigali in 2026. This will be a great opportunity for Rwanda to showcase its immunisation leadership and progress as a model for country-led health reform. Dr Sabin Nsanzimana

پناہ گاہ کیلیئےاس عمارت کی تعمیر2021میں شروع ہوئی تھی تاکہ مزدور افراد کیلیئے بہترین سہولیات سےمزین پناہ گاہ بنائی جائے۔اب جبکہ تعمیر مکمل ہوگئی ہےتو موجودہ حکومت یہاں دفتر بنانا چاہتی ہے۔میں مطالبہ کرتی ہوں کہ یہ پناہ گاہ غریب افراد کی امانت ہے انکے سروں سے یہ چھت نہ چھینی جائے

My Bill titled “Pakistan Ehsaas Targeted Subsidies (Riayat) Program” has been forwarded to the Senate Standing Committee on health for further deliberations. If this Bill passes and gets implemented, millions of families in Pakistan will be able to access a targeted subsidy on essential food items in these times of crippling 40% food inflation. We had demonstrated the benefits and transparency of this program when it ran its operations in more than half the country from Feb-June 2022 and later in Punjab. For the sake of millions of poor families, I pray I succeed in getting this through!
