I went to the Humane Society to adopt a small dog. When I arrived, the employees were busy so I stepped to the back of the room to wait my turn. In amazement, I watched a gorgeous German Shepherd behind the counter, unnoticed by the employees, figure out the latch on the gate, open it, & let himself out. He slowly & deliberately wended his way through the crowd to the back of the waiting room, looked up at me and sat at my feet. I had been chosen. Big Fletch, the best boy there ever was.

About a week ago my mom’s dog, Sassy, vanished off her back porch. My mom thought a wild animal had caught her. She was heartbroken. Today, Kayla called me to see if my mom was missing a little dog…. It was Sassy! I was so happy to be able to surprise my mom with her pup!

My cat of 15 years that I had since he was a baby, Blueberry Yum Yum is dying… I took this last night when I thought he may make it through the weekend but now idk if he is gonna even make it through the night… He has been at my side since my mother passed… I love him more than anything in this world. He has been my best friend since he came into my life 15 years ago. I love him so much.
