Halala is a conditional process in Shariah whereby a woman who has received three talaqs (talaq-e-bayin, or final divorce) from her husband must marry another man naturally before she can remarry her first husband. The marriage to the second person must be consummated. Halala is done by brother in law, friend, neighbour, maulana. How can a woman become ‘pure’ after being f-ed by someone else? Nagpur- Maulana Hazrat who did black magic and wanted for forced conversion, arrested. The wife(24) of an Air Force personal works as a property dealer in Sonegaon. The woman's husband serves in the Indian Air Force and is currently posted in another city. She was raped by 26-year-old Ayaz Madare who was her former classmate. Ayaz contacted her in February 2025 on the pretext of buying a plot of land. She alleged that he called her to a hotel on Wardha Road, where he gave her an intoxicating substance, raped her while she was unconscious and recorded photos and videos. According to the FIR, Ayaz later used those videos to blackmail her and allegedly sexually exploited her multiple times. A maulana named Hazrat, Ayaz Madare & Amin Sheikh took her to Tamia village in Madhya Pradesh, where the Maulana performed tantric rituals and black magic on her. She claimed that she was then pressured to convert to Islam and marry Ayaz. According to her statement, she agreed to convert to Islam and marry him after being influenced by the Maulana's words. The woman also accused Ayaz of raping her after giving her a sedative, blackmailing her with objectionable videos and extorting around ₹4 lakh.
