I took this video of Hon. Hon. Nakimuli Helen in Jinja last Saturday as we went for the burial of Waiswa's wife. I remember on our way back to Kampala, full of life as ever, she took over the wheel as she felt I was driving too slowly. It's so sad that she has now also passed away this afternoon as she underwent an operation. My condolences to her family and constituents as well as the National Unity Platform fraternity! May she rest in peace!
