Govt bought approx 16.5 lacs bed sheets for Delhi Govt Hospitals with total bed strength of 15.5K beds. This means for 200 bedded hospital, they bought 20,000 bed sheets. And literally forced head of hospitals to take 20K bed sheets and store them in their hospital. That’s how they scaled the buying to scale up their commission.
