Checked the exalted skin animations. My thoughts: -Animations are extremely similar to base but not exactly the same. Some are 1:1 except for some frames, timing or small movements. -Some seem to not be 100% finished yet. -Project's ones are just superior in every single sense.

Yeah... not really. They just have similar stances. Shy's rig is very ancient and retargeting from her would be harder than making the animation from 0 given the current quality they have. Scaled duration to compare them better. The differences in knees and pelvis make it clear.
